In 2016, Charlene Ditch founded CKE with one belief: events should serve a purpose and move the business forward.
We've grown since then, but not too much. We intentionally work with a select group of clients so we can stay hands-on, move quickly, and build the kind of trust that leads to long-term partnerships. Whether we're supporting a field marketing program, producing a conference, or managing a global event series, our goal is the same: deliver great work, sweat the details, and make life easier for our clients.

Charlene Ditch, Founder & CEO
Charlene founded CKE in 2016 and has spent more than 15 years helping companies bring people together through events. When she's not working, you'll find her on the golf course or making candles at home in Scottsdale with her husband Ryan and their cat Oliver.
Kaylin Wallen, Event Project Manager
Kaylin is a University of Alabama graduate with a passion for events and a knack for keeping things running smoothly. She brings energy, warmth, and a sharp eye for detail to every project. When she's not in event mode, you can find her traveling or exploring D.C.
Emily Chong, Event Manager
Emily is a graduate of the University of Central Florida who enjoys creating meaningful experiences and bringing positive energy to every project she supports. She lives in Orlando with her dog, Jaxon, and enjoys self-care days, early mornings, and watching the sunset.
Kristen Pulley, Associate Event Specialist
Kristen is a graduate of East Carolina University who is passionate about creating meaningful event experiences and building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and attending concerts.
